Decaf is an open source Wii U emulator. Initially, the emulator used DirectX 12 and this was only compatible with Windows 10. Later, however, Exjam decided to make this emulator multi-platform and switched to OpenGL 4.5 (using direct state access, available on older OpenGL versions as an extension). The emulator is in a very early phase.
It is similar to cemu and it can run commercial games, however, Decaf is open source (as opposed to cemu which is proprietary)
